The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— Rut to cloudy weather has prevailed, *ith showers on the West Coast and southernmost districts. Present indications are for mild and hazy weather continuing for about 24 hoars, with a falling barometer and westerly winds, but a change to the southward will probably bring a short period of showery and changeable conditions? after which the barometer is due to rite and a spell of User weather may be anticipated.
