SPANIARDS SEIZE LAND.
SENSATION AT TANGIER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 25, 1 a.m. Tangier, January 24. A sensation has been caused through Spanish troops seizing agricultural land between Larache and Alcazar, which the leased to a French firm. Spain contests the legality of the lease, alleging that the land is within the Spanish zone.
