MR. WADE'S VIEWS. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright Sydney, January 24. Mr. Wade, addressing the Liberal Conference, said he had no fear of a general election, as the Liberals' prospects were brighter than a year ago. He condemned the Government's taxation proposals, and said the country had embarked on an era of unprecedented extravagance. So long as the Government was in power it was a danger and menace to the prosperity of the State.
