EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. An* inquest was opened on' Saturday to inquire into the death of Thos. Ryan, who died at the hospital last night from tne eflects of injuries received from a motor car runing into him in Cathedral hquare about five oclock yesterday evening.
