MILITARY AEROPLANE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Paris, January 19. The French Premier is asking for a grant of £BB,OOO for military aeroplanes. A FLYING MAN SERIOUSLY INJURED. [ Paris, January 19. Lieutenant Boerner, while aeroplaning at Senlis, fell a thousand feet. His condition is hopeless.
AEROPLANE, AFIRE. Received 21, 5.5 p.m. Paris, January 20. Boerner's aeroplane swerved, and the petrol took Are while in mid-air. The airman was strapped to his seat. Two farm lads dashed into the flames, cut the strap, and dragged Boerner to safety. His legs were terribly burned.
