JAPANESE WARSHIPS.
WELCOMED IN SYDNEY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, January 18. The men ol the Japanese warships have been extensively entertained, and every facility has been placed at their disposal to make their visit enjoyable. Speaking at a fecial gathering one of the Japanese officers said that notwithstanding anything heard otherwise, feeling towards Australians was strong, deep and real. The men of the navy would never forget their welcome here.
