Wandering Stock.—Lionel Bishop was lined l'Os and costs 9s and witness' expenses 10s for permitting bullocks to be at large on the Mangaone road on the ZOth November last.
Affiliation.— Leonard Kemp, of Hawera, who did not appear, was adjudged the father of an illegitimate child of a young woman, and was ordered to pay 10s per week towards its maintenance until it reaches the age of 16 years. Separation and maintenance.—On his wife's application, orders for separation and maintenance to the amount of 15s per week wore granted against Herbert S. Dixon, of Waihi.
Alleged Theft.—An information for alleged theft against J. Wellington and others was adjourned till February 15.
