JN pursuance of the Licensing Act, 1908, I hereby give public notice that at the Licensing Poll taken under the provisions of the said Act the number of votes recorded for each proposal submitted under section 3 of the Licensing Amendment Act, 1910, was as follows: For the proposal that licenses be granted in the district 2754 For the proposal that no licenses be granted in the district 3163 The total number of votes recorded at the poll was 5917, and a 9 the number of votes recorded in favor of the proposal that no licenses be granted in the district is less than three-fifths of the total number of votes recorded, I hereby declare that proposal to be not carried.
