A HOTEL BURNED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Westport, Tuesday. The Alpine Hotel at Burnett's Face, containing twelve rooms, was burnt to; the> ground last night. The building i was owned' by Mrs. Ryan and insured] for £3OO in the Standard Office. The stock and furniture, etc., belonging to Learmouth, the licensee, were insured for £4OO in the Alliance Office. If your property is not insured, call at or ring up the United Insurance Company, Ltd., Devon street; telephone 198. Webster Bros., District agents.
