By Cable—Press Association—Copyrifkt.
Vienna, January, 15.
The Reichpost declares that the new German Reichstag will be confronted with a further increase in the army's peace footing and a Navy Bill providing a moderate increase to armed cruisers and the third sea squadron, thus permitting the fourth squadron to remain m reserve and the other two to remain permanently in the North Sea.
