The Times' Pckin correspondent states that Russia repeatedly warned China respecting Mongolia, and counselled an agreement with the Mongols on the points contained in the Note cabled on January 9. Russia also advised China to hold a consultation with Ru«sia before a new policy was adopted. A PEREMPTORY REQUEST. Pekin, January 12. The Manchu Princes have requested the Throne to retire to Jchol immediately. THRONE TO ABDICATE. AND GO TO JEIIOL. Received 15, 12.30 a.m. London, January 14. Reuter's Pckin correspondent reports that the Throne has decided to abdicate and retire to Jeliol. Arrangements are being completed.
