All previous announcements concerning deferred cable messages are cancelled, and the following is substituted:— The onljr countries to which deferred cable messages at half rates may be sent as from Ist January are Great Britain, Germany, France, Portugal, Algeria, Tunis, and all places in British Dominions throughout the world where full rate is not less than tenpence perword, except Australia, Egypt, Soudan and Northern Rhodesia.
