The Methodist Times says that the Government must obtain a satisfactory declaration from the Papacy whether the recent decree, prohibiting the suing of Catholic clergy in secular courts without permission of the head of the church, is applicable to Ireland. It was impossible to accept Archbishop Walsh's statement as the final word.
