"VTOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of and subject to the powers vested in it by "The Dog Registration Act, 1908," and the amendments thereto, the New Plymouth Borough Council hereby Axes the registration fee for each dog within the said borough for the year ending 31st December, 1912, to be the sum of 10s, or 5s if paid before the 31st March, 191-2.
