Present: Messrs. Alexander, Sole, Orboll, Nolan, Webster, Elliott and Blundell. Mr. Messenger, the club's architect, also attended. It was decided to demolish the existing publican's booth and to erect a new one m accordance with the architect's plans. I Tenders will close on February 12. A committee was set up to receive the tenders and to accept one. The interior of the tote house is to be enlargied to 21ft by 10ft, as the present house is fnadequate. The conveniences on the course and at the stand are to be brought up-to-date. 1 Accounts totalling £SOO in respect to the last meeting were passed for navment. r J A Wellington wire states that Bon, lon and Los Arigelos were scratched yesterday for all engagements at Welling-' ton Racing Club's summer meeting
