MASSACRE OF WOMEN AND . CHILDREN. Received 9, 11.25 p.m. Tripoli, January 9. Arabs are gathering in the vicinity of Derna and Tobruk with some cannon and quickfirers. A rib raiders pillaged the oasis at fiargarash, and massacred many inhabitants, including women and children.
