MTDHIRST. '(Erom Out Own Correspondent.) At last the weather has cleared up here. We have been blessed' with three fine days already this week. Let us hope it will continue. (Mrs. Hogg and Master Bob Hogg are away at present on a visit to Australia. Mr. and Mrs. Mail and family: are spending their holiday on the beach at New Plymouth. On Thursday night a large party of parents and children gathered at Mr. Chas. Keightley's residence. The time was spent in playing games, etc., and everyone had a most enjoyaible iimie. I ' v Mr. R. Hill, an old. ex-resident of Midhirst, is ibaok here again. The many friends of Miss E. EMay wil be sorry to hear of her serious illness, and will join in wishing her a speedy recovery. —— ■ ,
