BULLION EXPORTS.

A DECLINE FOR THE YEAR. The amount of gold exported from the Dominion during the year 1911 totalled 45.3,209 ouuees, valued at £1,817.31(5. In 1910 the export was 478,288 ounces, valued at £1.896,328. There was thus a decrease last year of 23,019 ounces, valued at £79,012. The silver exported during 1911 amounted to 1,310.406 ounces, valued at £131,517. During 1910, 1,711,235 ounces, valued at £171.562, were exported. There was thus a decrease last vear of 400,829 ounces, valued at £40,045! The gold export for the month of Deeeinher last totalled 33,059 ounces, valued at £129,922. The export for December, 1910, was 37,509 ounces, valued at £150.501, so that there was a decrease for the latter month of 4450 ounces, virtued at £20,579. The silver export for December, 1911, was 104.778 ounces, valued at £10,590, and the export for December. 1910, was 196.730 ounces, valued at £19,703 —a decrease of 91,958 ounces, valued at £9113.
