Flynn, previously known as Emrnett Flood, national organiser of the Federation of Labor, was arrested at Muscatine, lowa, on a charge of conspiracy to destroy property by means of an acid bomb. Wilson, a Socialist member of the City Council, is also charged with conspiracy. Details of the offences are not published.
