Writing to the International Arbitration League, Lord Haldine says he believes the future holds better and more intimate relations between Germany and Britain than the past. Mr. Lewis Harcourt declares that every patriotic Englishman must desire to promote Anglo-German friendship. Mr. McKenna says only goodwill is needed to preserve friendly relations.
