The Times' educational supplement sharply criticises the University of New Zealand cjn the lines of the University Reform Association's complaints. Mr. J. Joynt, Registrar of the New Zealand University,' Professor Sale, and Mr. Major have, written letters justifying the system of examiners and the value of New Zealand degrees.
