Count Aehrenth;>l, in a speech to the delegations, stated that an increase of thirty thousand army efficients was required for the protection of Austria-Hungary and to enable the Empire to co-operate with the allies in the interests of general peace. Addressing the delegations, Dr. Kraemer referred to the dangers of Austria's close relationship with German, whereby Austria might be drawn into a world's conflict with which it was not concerned. They had to thank England's intervention for producing the Moroccan settlement.
