Presumably Ireland is not included. ARCHBISHOP KELLY INTERVIEWED. Received 2S, 11.35 p.m. Sydney, December 28. Archbishop Kelly, interviewed regarding the cabled Papal decree, advised the public to await the full text, and trusted it would be found rational, regular and salutary, worthy of the distinguished commission to which canon law was entrusted. The decree in substance, said the Archbishop, wpukl uphold the traditions of liberties of the gospel.
