The Royal Commission on tuberculosis, in their final report, emphasise the identity of mammalian tubercule with the bacilli of human origin, and similar to bacilli from spontaneous disease in other animals. Experiments showed that the •original characteristics of the viruses were remarkably stable, differing in degre but not unkind.
