FLOODS IN PORTUGAL.
SERIOrS DAMAGE DONE. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Lisbon. December 21. Owing to rain storms and cyclones the Tagus and other rivers are flooding, and the lower parts of Lisbon, Oporto, and elsewhere are inundated. Thousands of cattle have been drowned, and the railways are stopped. Gunboat?, are patrolling the coast to assist in case of wrecks.
