TV Meteorological Office has issued lit- following summary ami forecast: — Tin- barometer rose during the night, lut lias made little movement today.

Rain has lillen on the West Coast and in other [ ■ i ts, but warm and hazy weather has |re vailed. Present indications are for viiW, hazy, and humid conditions, with \ariable winds generally, but increasing i loudiness and falling barometer with freshening northerly winds win probably bring rain shortly in the northern districts. The outlook in the south is also for unsettled and misty weather, easterly breezes backing to south-east, and the barometer rising unsteadily after a short time.
