LONDON PRODUCE MARKET. Messrs E. Griffiths and Co. are in receipt of the following market report from their London principals, Messrs and Sparrow, dated November 10: Trade continues to run steadily, and although prices are high, there is sufficient demand to clear. Danish: There is no change in the quotation this week. At the prices now ruling a better demand exists. Siberian: Owing to stormy weather, no steamers have arrived so far this week, although there are about 4000 casks due. The non-arrival of these has given sellers a chance to clear a few stored lots, and as there is a good demand for medium grades they took full advantage of this, with the "result that stocks are now reduced to a very low ebb;

Australian: Tho Malwa's butters were on the market early this week. Although this steamer brought about 8000 boxes more than the previous one, it has not made any difference in value, because as the quantities increased, so has the number of buyers, and the demand is gradually extending. We are pleased to say that the quality, generally speaking, shows an improvement; also the color is not so deep as it was a few weeks ago, and this enables the butter to be distributed to different parte of the country.

New Zealand: The butters ex Ruapehu came to hand early this week, and the quality, considering" it was the first shipment this season, was satisfactory. The butters met with a good demand; in fact, there was not sufficient to go round, and everything has been cleared. Buyers are anxiously waiting for the next arrival, which is per s.s. Tainui, due on the 13th inst.

Cheese.—Trade continues very quiet. Buyers are endeavoring to clear their stocks before the arrivals from New Zealand come to hand. We think that within a few weeks there is every prospect of a considerable improvement in the demand.
