RAILLESS TRAMS.

Eleven Tiills have been introduced into Parliament to provide for electric railless trams similar to those in use in Leeds. Thirty-three systems arc working on the Continent, where it has been proved they give small towns the advantages of tramways 'without their prohibitive cost.
