Ix>rd Kitchener has despatched Egyptian troops to occupy the place. TUMULTUOUS SCENE IN TURKISH PARLIAMENT. Received 19, 10.10 p.m. Constantinople, December 19. The tension between the Government and Opposition resulted in a tumultuous scene in the Chamber, causing a suspension of the sitting. The Union and Progress Society, by a majority, resolved to effect a dissolution of the Chamber at all costs.
