SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph —Press Association. Weßington, Last Night. ' *Hke Meteorological Office has issued the following weather summary and forecast:—Moderate to strong westerly and southerly winds hare prevailed, and rain fas faHen in most parts of the country. The weather has been cool and changeable, tout improving to-day, with a rising barometer. Present indications are for moderate southerly winds, backing to westerly and northerly winds after about sixteen hours, and increasing everywhere. The weather will probably be wanner and fair for a short time, but a storm srea has developed to the westward, and • change is probable after about sixteen hours, with a falling barometer everywhere, eepecJallj in the south.
