The second ballot at an election may be "a bit of a nuisance," but it possesses the merit of ensuring an absolute majority for the elected candidate. Several constituencies have called for a second ballot, and rightly so. Now it is somewhat singular that after people have tried Crescent Blend Tea they never want to try any other brands. A second ballot is not necessary with Crescent. It wins favor on first trial because it ia, good and always maintains its reputa> tion.—Advt.*
