MURDER TRIAL.
A JURYMAX IXSAXE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Xew York, December 15. The second trial of Dr. Hyde for the murder of Colonel Thomas Swopc by poisoning, ended in a mistrial. One of the jurors escaped, and when captured was found to be insane. The jury was then discharged. The case excited tremendous interest, Hyde being the medical attendant on Swopc at San Francisco.
