By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. ■Brisbane, December 14, Files by the Changsha, which has arrived at Cairns, contain information of horrible atrocities in connection with the Chinese revolution. Since the piratical attacks on the steamers Kwong-Yuen and Shinon, trade on the West River is at a standstill. The banks of the river near Wuchow are strewn with corpses, many of them headlws and denuded of clothing. Following the massacre at Wuchow, the soldiers indulged in a fearful orgy.
