INGHLEWOOD OIL BORING AND ' PROSPECTING COMPANY.
The annual report of the above company to be presented at the annual meeting to be held on December 21 is at follows:—Your directors have succeeded in obtaining renewals of and further options of large areas around Inglewood. Rights have been secured over 12,500 acres at Mokau. The total area of our rights is about 20,000 acres. Your directors have been negotiating with an English syndicate through an influential agent in the Dominion by which the prospecting work of the company will be resumed, and they have every hope that a successful issue will shortly be achieved.. You will require to elect three directors in place of Messrs. Alu'er, Ramson, and Elwin. You will also require to elect an auditor. Mr. Baily, the retiring auditor, again offers his services.—Thos.
