THE WEATHER.
SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington. Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast:— The weather has been warm and overcast generally in the north, and cloudy and showery in the south, especially on the .Weit Coast and southern districts, with ft falling barometer and high westerly winds everywhere. Present indications ftr« for stormy conditions, rain and ekrady weather generally, high westerly winds prevailing northward of Kawhia and Castle Point, and variable and ■qnally winds elsewhere, but changing to Southerly in a>bout 24 hours. The barometer will probably fall everywhere, but is due to rise in the south after about 24 hours.
