SAUNDERS' BIOGRAPH PICTURES. The biograph pictures shown in the , White-ley Hall on Saturday night drew I a ' ar o e audience. All the items were [new and much appreciated. From an educational standpoint "Farmyard acquaintance" was good. "A Fight for Mill lions" was typical of the Mashie drama. . I his was followed by "A Father's Dress suit. Pathc's Australian Gazette, pictured New Zealand scenes, and amongst I them were pictures of the Governor and I Premier of the Dominion, A dramatic | piece l was entitled "Mother's Cross." A i sensational piece was by the Star | Novelty Co., showing 22 performing lions. A dramatic scene had the appropriate title of "A Friend in Need," and a complete change followed with "An Eventful Tandem Ride," creating much laughter. Those who have read "Rory ©"More" can imagine the scenes taken from that interesting story, and the. pictures were taken on the native soil for production. The Harrison acrobatic troupe was interesting. "The Professor's Ward," a Lubin drama, and a comie scene, "Bobby as Hypnotist," concluded a most interesting entertainment. This programme will be repeated to-night and tomorrow.
