OUTBREAK AT NAPIER.
Napier, Saturday. The seven-roomed residence of Mr. Arthur .McCarthy, Cliaucer road, was totally destroyed by fire early this morning. Indications point to a defective chimney being the cause. The building was insured for £4OO in the Sun Office, and £SO in the Royal. The furniture was insured for £2OO in the Itoya).
