NEW PLYMOUTH GAS COMPANY, LTD. NEW ISSUE OF DEBENTURES. rpHE Directors of the above Company invite applications for the purchase of 40 Debentures of £IOO each. The Debentures have a currency of 10 years from Ist January. 1012, bearing interest at the rate of £5 per centum per annum, payable half-yearly on the Ist January and Ist July in each year during the currency of the loan. No application will be accepted for debentures at less than par value.
