It has just been disclosed that dynamite was discovered at Roberts' ironworks, Tacoma, on September 10, 1910. and an explosion was only prevented in the nick of time. McManigal and James McXamara at that time liad registered at a local hotel at Detroit and the people, are considering whether to bring McManigal there to stand his trial on a charge of dynamiting the Gas Company's building several years ago. TflK McXAMARAS' SENTENCE. NOT DESERVING OF CLEMENCY. Xew York, December o. James McXamara was sentenced for life at Los Angeles and his brother to fifteen years. The prosecuting counsel denied an alleged bargain to secure a confession from accused in return for a lighter sentence. The Judge declared that accused did not deserve clemency.
