Yuan-Shih-Kai telegraphed his consent to the prolongation of the armistice for a fortnight. The Regent is about to abdicate. Several German firms at Shanghai have been threatened with death if they supply arms to Imperialists. ENGLISH TROOPS FOR CHINA. Shanghai, December 4. Two hundred of the Yorkshire Regiment have embarked for Hankau.
