Received o. 12.45 a.m. Pekin, December 4. By the authorities' permission the Tartar city within the walled town of Nanking has been sacked and burned bv the insurgents and fully occupied. The rest of the Nanking Imperialists have evacuated the town. The Pukow Imperialists at Hanyang shelled the revolutionary headquarters, causing a great exodus. The revolutionaries are now encamped outside the walls furthest from Hanyang. The Imperialists hold Cheefoo.
