JN pursuance of the Legislature Act, 1!)08, and its Amendments, I, THOMAS BUCHANAN, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Taumarunui, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the 2.lst day of November, 1911, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district; and the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will bo Noon on the 27th day of November, 1011; and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the Seventh day of December, 1011.
