NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. JN pursuance of the Legislature Act, 1!)08, and its Amendments, I, THOMAS BUCHANAN, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Taumarunui, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the 2.lst day of November, 1911, under the hand of the Clerk of the Writs, an election will be held for the return of a qualified person to serve as member for the said district; and the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will bo Noon on the 27th day of November, 1011; and that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling-places of the said district on the Seventh day of December, 1011. Kverv man desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less two electors of the district, by a nomination-paper as prescribed by section 103 of the said Act. delivered to the Returning Officer on or before noon on the Twentv-scvcnth day of November. inn.
