WATER POWER IN CANADA. Ottawa, November 30. The Conservation Commission reports that the Canadian share of Niagara's water-power is 1,016,000 horse-power, and off this one-half is already in the handa of private owners. Recommendations have been framed to prevent the private absorption of the remaining Dominion water-powers.
