A BIG LOAN PROPOSED. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. London, November 30. It is rumored that Mr. Churchill is contemplating a loan of thirty millions, besides the usual estimates. The Pall Mall Gazette states there is reason to believe that the loan will be larger, as besides shipbuilding it will include a special allotment for Dreadnought docks. THE RUMOR DENIED. Received 1. 11 p.m. London. December 1. The newspapers deny that any naval loan is intended, excepting one covering the cost of the Rosyth works.
