MUST OPPOSE BRITAIN.

GERMANY WANTS LAND. RATHER THAN STARVE OR DECAY. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 30, 10:30 p.m. Berlin, November 30. The Berlin Post accuses Britain of not agreeing to the enforcement of the Delagoa Treaty, whereby Germany would receive Portuguese West Africa and East Africa to the Zambesi, and adds that Germany must acquire new territory, and if Britain continues to hamper her she must oppose Britain and her fleet and army. Germany, continues the paper, does not hold aggressive views, but will rather fight than decay and starve.
