SUMMARY AND FORECAST. T.f Telegraph—Prett Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast: — Showery and changeable -weather has prevailed with strong westerly winds and :i slight fall in the barometer. Present indications are for high westerly ■winds predominating, but -variable at times, especially on the east coast and in the South Mand. Changeable and showery weather expected generally, and an unsteady barometer with a falling tendency everywhere.
