ELLNGAMITE REHEARING. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The re-hearing of the Elingamite wreck inquiry has been fixed for Saturday, December 9, and Monday, December 11, at the Supreme Court, Wellington. The inquiry will be presided over by a Supreme Court judge. A STRUGGLE WITH THE POLICE. Wanganui, Last Night. A man was arrested to-night for drunkenness arid disorderly conduct, Two constables 'had a hard struggle with him. On arrival at the station the man was found to liavc broken a leg above the ankle, and was taken to the hospital.
