1 SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Office has issued the following summary and forecast-. The barometer rose slightly last evening. bat has fallen everywhere to-day. Strong westerly winds have prevailed with increasing cloudiness and hazy weather generally, and showers in parts. Present indications are for cloudy, wet and boisterous .weather generally, high northerly and westerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere.
