His opponent never once got the lead. In the doubles championship, Heath and Lycett beat Brooks and Addison, fi—2, 7—5, 6—o. Miss L. Addison won the ladies' singles championship of Victoria. Lady Captain Venore was beaten in the semi-fln'alß of the handicap doubles. Brooks lias selected Lycett as the fourth representative for the Davis Cup.
