DISSATISFACTION IN CANADA. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 26. 5.15 p.m. Ottawa, November 25. Much dissatisfaction is felt at the failure of the Home Government to carry out its promise to appoint an Imperial Trade Commission. The appointment of the Canadian Tariff Commission has been a great opportunity to further investigate the Empire's trade.
